Expedited Shipping to a US Destination:

Time in Transit:
How soon you can see your bears depends on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout.
Ground Shipping: it reaches the Eastern, Central and Western region in 1-3, 2-4, 3-5 business days, respectively.
Three Day Service: up to 3 business days, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
Two Day Service: up to 2 business days, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
One Day Service: 1 business day, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
Freight Adjustment:
The One-Day, Two Day and Three Day delivery charges may be subject to adjustment according to the order weight, shipping destination, etc. If it's adjusted, we will contact you within one business day after the order is placed. You can cancel the order, without any fees involved, if you don't accept the increased charge. If an adjustment is accepted, you automatically authorize us to put it on the same credit card that is used to place the order, unless you require a different payment method in writing. Please kindly note that the exact express shipping cost cannot be predetermined, since the exact weight of a custom Bears in Chairs gift is not available before the design is created.
