Fast Dispatch Guarantee:
Your Bears in Chairs gift will be designed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after a paid order is accepted. If we fail to deliver the promise, you can cancel your order with a full refund plus $15 Bears in Chairs gift certificate. We're pleased to let you know that we have kept the promise since 2004.
If a beary same day service is required, take advantage of our Beary Fast Service.
Time in Transit:
How soon you can see your bears depends on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout.
Ground Shipping: it reaches the Eastern, Central and Western region in 1-3, 2-4, 3-5 business days, respectively.
Three Day Service: up to 3 business days, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
Two Day Service: up to 2 business days, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
One Day Service: 1 business day, any US destination, guaranteed or full refund of freight.
Foreign orders: The transit time ranges from 4-10 business days. We will contact you with the exact transit time and freight in one business day after we receive your order. At that time, you can email us to cancel the order, if you want, without any fees to you, or questions to ask.

Get Beary Fast Service so your order can be processed same or next day.
Use the expedited shipping service to cut the transit time.
Contact us after your order is placed. We are eager to help you in every possible manner.
Put your best phone number in your order so we can clear any possible questions quickly.
Don't put a long instruction in your order form since it delays the processing.
Freight Carrier:
Bears in Chairs will choose from the following carriers to ship your order:
UPS, United Parcel Service.
USPS, United States Post Office.
If you select your own carrier or use your own account with the carrier, a fee for $9.99 will apply!
Order and Shipping Status:
We will NOT charge your credit card until we have fully understood and accepted your order.
You will be noted when your order is accepted.

You will be contacted when your order needs changes.
You will be noted when your order is scheduled to process and ship out from us.
You will be noted and tracking number will be provided accordingly when your order is shipped out.
